How are hydraulics machines are workes?

 Introduction

Now a days we are using more Hydraulic System in today`s life. These is simple relatively. These is very powerful machine you also know that. These is very controllable machine compare to others. These machine are mostly use in:
      Jcb to make well, to make pipe lines, to make roads,etc.


     Bore machine to make bore well.
  


       Cranes to pick heavy loads in factory, in construction, in big garage,etc.


How  hydraulic machine works

    1.The first thing is used in all hydraulic machine is hydraulic oil. These oil is substance of crude oil. These oil is necessary to work these machine when this oil is not there then it will not work. Hydraulic oil is used because which can not over in less time and it moves easily and not compress at all. 

                                                                These is  hydraulic oil.

    2.The hydraulics commonly used system which we can see easily is  hydraulic cylinder. These is very very powerful and it is big in size. These is very hard material or system. These is simple and reliable means here maintenance coming less so we are seeing in industrial areas. In these we see middle rod is always shine because inside there is wiper which clean rod when it comes inside these wiper is set because to clean the rode when rod come inside then it will carry dust and it will mix with hydraulic oil then it will not work easily. So,these is used it cheaper because it not more cheaper.

  2.Now to work the hydraulic cylinder we need hydraulic pump. Hydraulic pump means which convert rotational energy to hydraulic pressure means input will one liter then output will also one liter only distance in these is 2 psi then it convert into 500 psi the psi depend on pump. Means it add pressure in the hydraulic oil. These machine is small but it power is very much. So,these is heart of  hydraulics machines.

     3. To transport pressure oil to pump to hydraulics cylinder they use pipe and that pipe are not regular pipe which we use in home when we use these pipe will damage within a second because pressure is more. So, there are another pipe for these that is:
