How does Bore machine works?

Introduction 

We known that in our home there is bore well to get more amount of water. The bore well means it is small pipe in which we get more amount of water compare to its size. And then we put water pump to remove water from bore well. These very short method to remove water from under ground. To remove water from underground there is on machine that is bore machine. These machine drill on earth in size of pipe that's diameter is 6 inch = 72 cm. These will drill how much we want but it depend on machine. It has specific feet to each machine means it work to specific feet when the limited is cross then machine will not work properly.

  1. These machine is on truck but these work on fuel. One truck there is generator and compressor in one position and they are joint. These generator produce electricity to compressor motor to rotate compressor. The compressor increase pressure of air. These air move to mast pipe which is connected to top head drive.

                                                      These is generator and compressor.

  2. The mast move up down because it not possible carry standing mast because on road there are electricity wire. The mast move up down with hydraulics system. How the hydraulics system work that is there in previous blog, these hydraulics work on the engine of truck so we observe the truck is start that time. These mast height is up to 25 feet. One these is there is top drive.

  3. On mast there is one top head drive which move up, down, rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise also, oil to break down the stone. From these only the pressure air move. The up, down, rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise these is done by hydraulics system. And the pressure is come from compressor. These all pressure oil and air move to iron pipe.

                                                             These is Top head drive.

  4. There are strong iron pipes which to Top head drive to hammer. These pipes are generally up to 20 feet. These pipes have gap to move pressure air and oil. These are very thick because they are made up of iron. These pipes are also straight if pipe are not straight then the bore hole be proper. These pipe joint each other so it move deep these joint is of bolt. 

                                                        These is the strong iron pipe.

  5. Now there is hammer which drill. In the hammer there many parts like first is top sub,then "O" ring, then check valve, then spring,then compression buffer, then air distributor, then internal cylinder, then piston, again then is "O" ring, then stop ring, then drive chuck, and then finally there is drill bit. These is fully made up of iron these iron because that have to break the hard layer of earth.

 6. These machine is control by basic drill rig controller. These is on the mast which is operate by single operator. In these there are gears that are top head drive up and down motion, then air pressure, then mast controller, then hydraulics, then top head drive rotatory motion, and last is accelerator.
